How can this be? If this is indeed a serious attempt then something, someone will surely ask why are the various and multitude of UN affairs hidden from the public's eyes. This is just a charade. The very senior management needs to accept that it has to change before change can offer the benefits that the organisation can give to the world. This is not going to happen soon and I say good bye to tax payers money.
